Yellow - Vitrified 12 oz. cafe latte cup. Ceramics have been fired to a higher temperature than normal. This high fire makes the ceramic body so dense, it becomes glass-like, or vitrified. Because of this, vitrified ceramic mugs are impervious to water absorption in hot commercial dishwashers - the leading cause of ceramics breaking down in a commercial setting.
